Cooking at the Edge focuses on providing nutritious well-balanced meals. Nothing fried here. Sorry, if your students are craving french fries or potato chips you won't find them here.
Delicious food includes seasonal ingredients raised close to home. Some food ingredients come from our garden, local gardens and Ontario farms, including a local organic meat provider. Fresh fruits and vegetables are always on hand.
We always do our best to deliver food that will be remembered and treasured while opening student awareness to global tastes and traditions. Our meals are served buffet style and we ask each guest to describe their food restrictions for health and personal reasons so that we can deliver a colourful, tasteful meal that satisfies the needs of everyone.
